Language Specialist with the Ministry of Education, Ghana. An employee of Ghana Education Service since Sept 1995, Ms. Akoto holds a degree in English Language. She has served in different capacities and currently the Language Coordinator in the Ashaiman Municipal Education Directorate, where she is incharge of monitoring and supervising the teaching of Ghanaian, English, and French in addition to the literacy performance of pupils. She periodically organizes professional development for all Language teachers and coordinates Language and Literacy activities and assessment in the municipality.
